I’m not sure if I am currently in any of the individual fields; Creativity, Social Activities or Action. How do I find out in which field my activity belongs to?

I have accumulated many hours within a field (e.g. after hours orchestra). Can I use these hours in relation to a CAS field (e.g. social activities hours)? 
This can only be taken into account if a specific even within the orchestra were to take place. For example a benefit concert was held which lasted 4 hours. These 4 hours can be added to the social integration field. For more information and to insure hours are counted please contact us.
